How to Report a Bug or Request a Feature on NexxtDate
Send the Support Team a clear report with the page, device, timing, and steps needed to reproduce a problem—or share an idea for improving the app.

Use the in-app safety controls when someone is harassing you, scamming, spamming, threatening you, or making you feel unsafe.
Blocking and reporting are there to protect you. Use them when a person is abusive, threatening, pressuring you, attempting a scam, sending spam, or otherwise violating your boundaries.
Take the safety action
- Open the member's profile or the conversation where the issue happened.
- Choose the available Block or Report control.
- Select the closest report reason and add concise details that explain what happened.
- Submit the report; block the account if you do not want further contact.
- Save relevant screenshots or messages for your own records when safe to do so.
If you believe you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. NexxtDate reports are reviewed by the platform and are not an emergency response service.
