Control public-profile details, visibility choices, and what you share before you start meeting people.
Privacy settings let you decide what your public profile shows. Review them before you begin using Discover and revisit them whenever your comfort level changes.
Review your privacy choices
- Open your profile menu and choose Edit Profile.
- Select the Privacy tab.
- Review public-profile and detail-visibility options, then choose the setting that fits your comfort level.
- Save the changes and confirm that the page shows the updated state.
- Open your public profile view to see what other members can see.
Even with privacy controls, avoid placing sensitive information in free-text fields or photos. Never publish a home address, work schedule, financial information, or account credentials.
